Juventus have reached an agreement with the midfielder over the termination of his contract.
Statement:
Juventus Football Club and Paul Pogba announce that they have mutually agreed to the termination of the sports performance contract, effective from 30 November 2024.
The company wishes Paul all the best for his professional future.
The 31-year-old will be clear to return to the game in March next year after having his initial four-year doping ban reduced to just 18 months.
Pogba returned to the Bianconeri in 2022 following a six-year stay at Manchester United, whom he rejoined in 2016 after four years at the Italian giants.
His time back in Italy has been marred with injury issues and off-field problems, including his ban, with the club having now chosen to go in a different direction.
The 2018 FIFA World Cup winner did say he would take a pay cut to continue at Juventus, but head coach Thiago Motta and those around him had other ideas.
