Despite persistent rumours linking one of Orlando Pirates’ leading strikers with an exit, the club doesn’t seem to have plans to entertain offers for him, according to insiders.
As the first half of the season progressed towards the end of December, Zakhele Lepasa had been strongly linked with an exit from the Buccaneers.

The 27-year-old forward is yet to feature for the team this season after being delayed by his injury.
In their latest update last weekend, Bucs confirmed that the Soweto-born player has been undergoing rehab as he continues to work his way back to the team.

While recent reports have linked Lepasa with a move to Polokwane City, sources close to Pirates have indicated otherwise in saying that the club’s development product is still in the plans of coach Jose Riveiro.
“There is no planned move for him (Lepasa) as far as I know, and the club is focused on helping him to recover fully to come back and contribute to the team. And I don’t think the club will be keen to send him on loan again,” said the source.
