Real Madrid manager Carlo Ancelotti says he wants “justice” to be served in the relation to Barcelona’s bribery case.
News broke this week that a formal investigation has been opened against the Catalan giants after it was alleged they made payments to firms owned by by former vice-president of the Spanish Football Federation’s (RFEF) refereeing committee Jose Maria Enriquez Negreira.

Reuters reported that Barcelona are part of probe into alleged corruption in Spanish football for more than two cades, with the LaLiga side now emerging as suspects.
Los Blancos manager has admitted that he is worried due to the extreme allegations brought against Spanish football.
“On this issue, I am worried, like the entire football world about such a serious matter. Justice is working on this and we have to let them work,” he said at a press conference.
“I have lived in this world of football for 40 years and when these types of issues happen it worries us all. I hope that justice can do its job and reach a solution.”
Barcelona manager Xavi Hernandez claims that he has never seen a his club benefit from referees over the years.
“There will be more news about the Negreira case next week, and the week after, and another one in a month and a half,” Xavi said.
“I have never, ever, had the sensation that the referees were ruling in our favour. Never, ever.”
