Boys soccer results for Saturday, Aug. 23, 2025

MENDOTA HEIGHTS — The John Marshall boys soccer team played excellent defense and beat Two Rivers 3-2 in non-conference action.

“(Goalie) David Carter and his backline defense were outstanding, especially Zach Moos and Gabriel Diekman had to show beyond expectations to overcome a lot of high balls, pressure and physicality,” JM coach Abdul Noor said. “We hope to be consistent and continue to improve more in final third areas to create more opportunities.”

Zach Moos scored twice for JM and Israel Barboza scored once. JM goalie Carter stopped six shots.

JM had 11 shots on goal.
