Chiefs, it appears, have heard their fans’ cries, which saw the club make an official offer to Mosimane’s camp.

According to Siya insiders, the Glamour Boys tabled an approach to Mosimane’s camp, which is headed by his wife and agent Moira Tlhagale.

A source further revealed that Mosimane’s camp opted against a move to Naturena in favour of remaining in the Gulf region, where he has opened talks with Abha Club over possibly taking over the reins.

As reported by the Siya crew, the 59-year-old, is being courted by the relegation threatened club, who have identified Mosimane as the man to pull them out of their rut.

Mosimane has been building quite the rapport in the Gulf region since his switch in 2022, where he first joined Al Ahli Jeddah, and thereafter Al Wahda in the UAE.

It now remains to be seen which options Chiefs explore with Mosimane’s camp having turned down the prospect of awakening the sleeping giant that is Kaizer Chiefs.
