Pogba is potentially facing a lengthy ban from the sport after initially testing positive in August following Juventus’ first match of the league campaign against Udinese.
The midfielder was an unused substitute in the game, but was called for a routine test after the match.
He was suspended early last month following the confirmation that testosterone was found in his system, and needed to do a second test to stand a chance of returning to football any time soon.
Having now tested positive again, it is expected that Pogba, 30, will be punished harshly if it is proved he intentionally took performance enhancers.
