Lesotho head coach Leslie Notsi has reacted to his side’s 2-0 defeat to Bafana Bafana in their 2026 FIFA World Cup qualifier.
Goals from Relebohile Mofokeng and Jayden Adams guided South Africa to a victory at the New Peter Mokaba Stadium on Friday night.

“Yes, lapse of concentration at a critical time and I think that’s where we lost it,” Notsi told SABC Sport after the game.
“There a lot of good attributes that came out of this match that we’ll take on going forward with the remaining matches.
“So yes, we are disappointed with the loss but truly speaking with the way the boys conducted themselves.
“We believe there’s a lot of progress in our team.”
Lesotho will be back in acion on Tuesday evening as they travel to Rwanda, who lost 2-0 to Nigeria on Friday.
