Bafana Bafana striker Lyle Foster was back among the goals to help Burnley advance to the next round of the FA Cup on Saturday.

Foster was named in the starting line-up for the first time since his return from injury, with his last four appearances coming off the bench.

The South African broke the deadlock for the Clarets after getting on the end Joe Bauress’ cross to smash home.

However, Scott Parker’s charges had to get the job done in extra-time after Reading equalised through Lewis Wing in the 77th minute.

The visitors ended up getting the job done, as Zian Flemming popped up with a brace in extra-time to seal the win.

Burnley will await to see who they will be drawn against in the fourth-round draw on Sunday.
