The future of Andile Jali is set to be discussed, with the possibility of the player making a huge decision come the end of the campaign.
As reported by the Siya crew in February, Jali is not likely to be with the Chilli Boys next season, even though the Eastern Cape outfit has an option to extend his contract which expires in June.

The player joined Chippa following speculation that he could retire from the game after leaving Moroka Swallows in January last year. The chances of retirement have not been completely ruled out at this stage for the midfielder.
The former Orlando Pirates and Mamelodi Sundowns midfielder turns 35 in April and game time has been hard to come by, with Chippa coach Thabo September confirming that the player is not injured at the moment.
He has made 13 appearances in all competitions for the Chilli Boys this season, contributing with two goals during this period. The last few months, however, have been tough. He has made just three appearances in 2025, twice in the Betway Premiership and once in the Nedbank Cup.

Jali is expected to meet with his representatives to decide on the way forward, and retirement is not completely off the table as he is expected to weigh his options before making a call.
As things stand, the Siya crew understands that he is not likely to continue as a Chippa player beyond this campaign.
