AmaZulu have confirmed a replacement for DStv Diski head coach Vusumuzi Vilakazi who has been promoted to the club’s first team where he will work alongside Arthur Zwane.
Usuthu’s start to the 2024/25 season has been far from ideal as the club find themselves rooted to the bottom of the Betway Premiership after three games played.
While it is still early days, the club has resorted to extreme measures by parting ways with coach Pablo Franco Martin and it appears that AmaZulu are raiding Gauteng with regards to the club’s revamp.

First they roped in Zwane from Kaizer Chiefs – and now they have added Mncedisi Sibiya, who worked for Orlando Pirates’ feeder team Pele Pele who ply their trade in the ABC Motsepe League.
‘Dada’ as Sibiya is affectionately known, is understood to be an astute tactician who will add a lot of value to Usuthu’s ranks.
A number of players like Thabiso Sesane have worked with the coach, who can largely be attributed to their growth in recent times.
