“Whether it’s as an assistant coach at a Premiership side or I can start as a head coach at a Motsepe Foundation side. I am well qualified to coach there.
“I know and respect the requirements of coaching in South Africa so I had to prepare myself first before saying I am ready for that.
“Now, I can say ‘I am ready’. I would be very happy if I can be given the chance at my former team Orlando Pirates but I wouldn’t mind coaching any other team as long as I am going to plough back to the sport that has given me a lot,” Kamwendo told Soccer Laduma.
Currently, Kamwendo has taken All Stars from position 14 in the 16-team league into the top eight within just two months.
