Lazio are out of the Champions League
after being outclassed by Bayern Munich in a 3-0 defeat in the
return leg of their last-16 tie to crash out 3-1 on aggregate.
England forward Harry Kane headed the German giants in front in
the 38th minute and Thomas Mueller doubled the lead on the
stroke of half-time.
Kane tapped in the rebound of a parried shot in the second half
to seal the win.
Italy forward Ciro Immobile squandered Lazio’s only chance,
heading wide from a good position when the score was still 0-0.
