Spain secured the Women’s Continental Beach Soccer Cup 2024 title, capping an impressive campaign on home soil. The high-level women’s tournament showcased thrilling matches, with a total of 41 goals scored across six exciting fixtures.

Czechia win 5-3 against Switzerland.
On the final day of the Women’s Continental Cup, Czechia and Switzerland squared up to pick final points. In the first period, Portychova and Kozarova ensured the Czechs secured a 2-1 lead. Küttel found the net for the Swiss.
Late in the second period, Pychova and Matejkova increased Czechia’s tally to four goals. Inderwildi’s late goal reduced the deficit, as Czechia entered the final period with a 4-2 advantage.
Raselli’s goal for Switzerland in the final period proved insufficient as Kozarova’s brace goal sealed Czechia’s 5-3 victory.
Spain win 6-4 against Poland.
In a thrilling contest, host nation Spain edged Poland. The first period saw four goals. Sudyk scored early for Poland, but Paqui, Sara Tui and an own goal gave Spain a 3-2 lead.
In the second period, Bednarska and Sudyk’s brace boosted Poland’s tally to four. However, Spain extended their advantage through Pilar and Andrea Miron’s goals, maintaining a 5-4 lead.
Cris sealed Spain’s 6-4 victory in the third period, securing nine points from three games and to top the group.
Poland win 4-3 against Switzerland.
the match continuation between Poland and Switzerland, with scores levelled at 2-2, signalled the final action of the Women’s Continental Beach Soccer Cup 2024. Bednarska and Matusiak recorded their goals for Poland, while Inderwildi and Flury for the Swiss just before match suspension.
At match resumption, Bednarska and Flury got their brace goals for their sides. But Sudyk’s strike for Poland sealed their 4-3 victory.
Individual awards
During the awards ceremony in Cádiz, three individual awards were given out to the top performers from the competition. The ‘Best goalkeeper’ award was given to Spain’s Laura Gallego, the ‘MVP’ award was handed to Spain captain Andrea Mirón and the ‘Top scorer’ award was won by Poland’s Aleksandra Sudyk.
