Our Wrexham AFC Soccer Schools are available to book online now, with three sessions running during half-term – and discounts available to Junior Dragons members.
We’ll be running Mixed Sessions and Girls-Only Sessions on Monday October 30, Tuesday October 31 and Wednesday November 1, from 10am-1pm, all delivered by the Wrexham AFC Community Trust.
The Mixed Sessions are open to 5-11 year-olds and the Girls-Only Sessions to 4-11 year-olds, and all will take place on astro turf pitch at the Glyndwr University Sports Centre.
Our Soccer School sessions cost £6 per day for Junior Dragon members and £8.50 per day for non-members.
Places must be booked online via the Wrexham AFC eTicketing website – we will not be able to accept cash on the day. Please see the instructions below in order to set up your account, and book your children’s places.
On Monday and Wednesday will also be running our autism friendly football sessions on Monday and Wednesday.
The session for primary aged children will run between 2pm and 3pm on Monday October 31, and the secondary aged children session will run at the same time on Wednesday November 1.
The sessions are free of charge, with the Wrexham Branch of The National Autistic Society covering the cost of each child attending.
If you are interested in attending, or would like to learn more about autism-friendly football at Wrexham AFC, please register your interest with Kerry Evans at [email protected]
Please can all children attend with still drinks, snacks and weather-appropriate clothing. As the sessions take place on astro turf, no football boots should be worn – trainers or astro turf boots only. It is imperative all children attend in the appropriate footwear.
Parents/guardians will be asked to confirm that you consent to photos and videos being taken of your child for social media purposes upon arrival.
